To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you take note of our salon policies:
• Walk-ins are welcome! We accept appointments and recommend booking appointments in advance. Please notify us ahead of time if an appointment needs cancellation.
• All services that you receive are guaranteed for at least 5 days from the date of service
• We do not offer refunds on any services or gift cards, however your issues through our services
or best to address
• Our prices are available on the menu - any questions or concerns about pricing, please confirm with your nail technician before the start of the session to prevent any confusion.
• For services that require fixes for Gel Polish, Dip Powder, or Acrylic such as peeling or chipping we can only offer touch ups. The original colors will be retained, if possible. If you wish to change the color, there will be a service fee for a color change. (No guarantees for regular nail polish)
• If you are coming with kids, we kindly ask that take care of them and keep them away from the working area due to harmful chemicals and fragile equipment.
• You will be solely responsible for your personal belongings during your visit. If in the event that any damage occurs due to a customers' actions - the customer responsible will be required to compensate for the damages.
• Inform your nail technician about any allergies or serious medical conditions for a safe experience.
• We have the right to refuse service.
• If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform your nail tech or salon manager. with Your satisfaction is our main goal and we will try our best to make things right.
